At Prime Euro Services, we recently welcomed a Volvo XC90 into our Ellenbrook workshop for its routine scheduled service. While everything seemed normal on the surface, this visit proved exactly why sticking to a servicing schedule is so important—because hidden issues don’t stay hidden for long.
During our inspection, we discovered a leaking coolant hose. Left unattended, this could have led to overheating, engine damage, or an unexpected breakdown. We then completed a full coolant flush to ensure the system was running clean, efficient, and ready for the road ahead.
Our technicians also assessed the braking system and found the rear brake pads and rotors were nearing the end of their lifespan. They wouldn’t have made it to the next service interval safely. To maintain optimal stopping power and ensure the vehicle remained safe for everyday driving, we replaced both the pads and rotors with high-quality components suited for Volvo performance standards.
This XC90 is now running smoothly again—cooling system secure, brakes performing perfectly, and all essential service items completed.
