Prime Euro Services is a licensed mechanic at 3/37 The Broadway, Ellenbrook. We service and repair all major makes and models, not only European cars. We are a licensed WA motor vehicle repair business, licence MRB 8069, and we are locally owned.

Between us the team has 40 years of combined experience on these cars.

Everything a car needs through its life, in one workshop:

Two jobs we send out rather than guess at. Engine ECU remapping goes to a specialist who does it every day. Air conditioning refrigerant handling goes to a licensed specialist, because handling refrigerant needs a licence we do not hold. We book both, we manage both, and you deal with us the whole way through.

We are not only a European workshop

The name says Euro and that is where our deepest experience sits. It is not the limit of what we touch.

A Toyota Corolla came in for a diagnostic health check. We have done a 4WD safety check and work on a ute used every day on the job. Daily drivers, utes, vans and family cars are normal here.

Log book servicing and your new car warranty

You do not have to use a dealership to keep a new car warranty. You have to follow the manufacturer's schedule and keep the record straight.

We service to the schedule for your car, not a generic checklist. That means the right oil, the right filters and the right inspection items for your make, model and mileage. We update the digital service book for all manufacturers, so your service history stays complete.

When something is wrong and nobody knows why

A warning light tells you a system has logged a fault. It does not tell you which part failed. Those are different questions, and guessing at the second one is how people end up paying for parts they did not need.

Diagnostic work is charged at $170 per hour including GST. We find the actual fault first, then quote the repair. You decide whether it goes ahead.

What it costs

Every car is different, so we quote before we start. No surprises on the invoice.

We warranty our own parts and labour for 12 months. If something we fitted fails inside that window, bring it back.

When we are open, and how to book

Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday, 7:00am to 12:00pm. Closed Sundays.

You can call us on (08) 6296 3894, send an enquiry, or walk in. There is an after hours drop off box if the workshop is shut when you finish work. We take Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer.

One thing we want to be straight about: we do not have a courtesy car. If you need a lift sorted, plan for that when you book.

Suburbs we look after

We are in Ellenbrook and we look after cars from across the northern Swan Valley, roughly a ten kilometre run from the workshop. Do I need to book?

Booking ahead means we can plan the day around your car. Call or send an enquiry and we will find you a slot. If it is urgent, ring and ask.

Will you tell me what is wrong before you fix it?

Yes. You get told what we found, what it means and what it costs, in plain words. Nothing goes ahead until you say so.

Do you work on electric cars?

We do servicing and yearly inspections on electric cars.
